Teaching Philosophy
In teaching the game of golf, the strategy that I elect to use is largely dependent upon the student. There is no such thing as a lesson plan for everyone. Assessing the student's physical capabilities and getting to know his or her goals will dictate the plan for improvement.

Teaching Approach
As a Division I Academic All-American collegiate golfer, I attained a BS degree in Preventative & Rehabilitative Exercise Physiology. My background in kinesiology has significantly impacted my teaching approach.

My teaching approach focuses on ball flight laws, pre-swing principles, strategies to improve physical capabilities to maximize power, education and mental preparation. Although my approach may sound technical, I keep my lessons simple. My artsy, creative side thrives on deriving colorful illustrations to demonstrate objectives based on the learning styles of my students. I seek to identify the single underlying problem that will ultimately cure the flaw and enable the student to play to their fullest potential.
